I didn't get an invoice in my parcel.

We've gone paperless so you won't receive any paperwork in your parcel. You'll still get your order confirmation and dispatch via e-mail.

Will I receive an order confirmation of my order?

Yes, after you have placed your order from our website we send you an email of your order details and confirmation.

How would I know what time my order was delivered?

We will send you an email confirmation that your order has been delivered.

How can I track my order?

You may call our business on +96598088335, or send a message through Email or WhatsApp to speak with our Customer Service Team to ask the status of your order.

It is important to give your order number so that we can easily track the delivery status.

How much are your delivery charges?

Arablly standard delivery fee is 2.00 KD anywhere in Kuwait. We do offer Free Delivery if the Total Order Value exceeds a certain amount.

Vendor delivery charges may vary from Vendor to Vendor.

How can I apply my discount voucher?

If you have a valid discount voucher to redeem, select the product you’d like to order and proceed to the order process. You can enter your voucher code on the checkout page and click Apply Voucher.

If valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your shopping basket and the discount amount will be visible in your order summary.

Selected voucher codes may be restricted for use against specified products or date range - where possible, details of any restrictions will be communicated at the point where we promote the voucher code to you.

Do you include the bill with the delivery?

No, we don’t. We consider all orders as a gift so we don’t include price tags or receipts when we send it, unless you request us to send you a copy of it.

What if my chosen flowers are not available?

Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in Kuwait. The substitution of certain flowers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In Floral arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or tulips, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If I don't have the complete delivery address, but I have the contact number of the recipient, will you still be able to deliver?

Yes, as long as we have a working number of the recipient, we will contact the number and arrange for the delivery.

Can I place my order anonymously?

Sure you can, just note that you don’t want your information to be disclosed in the Instructions sections upon check out. We don’t give out the name or details of the order without the customer’s consent. We keep your information confidential.

How would the recipient know that the flowers are from me?

We only print what’s written exactly on the card, so in order for the recipient to know who it is from, you can include your name in the card message.

Is there a cut off for Same Day Delivery orders?

Yes, place your order before 6pm to avail of our same day delivery service. After the cut off time, all orders will be scheduled for next day delivery.

What do you do if the recipient is not in the location provided at the time of delivery?

We will call the recipient and ask if we can redirect to where they are, or leave it with someone they know that are present or in the vicinity. If we cannot reach the recipient, we will call the sender and ask for another contact number, or to redeliver the order at a later time.

How can I request for a specific time of delivery?

The time of delivery is within the range of the slot chosen at the time of placing the order. Morning orders are anytime between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm. Evening orders are anytime between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm

Are your Perfumes Original?

Our perfumes are Guaranteed Original. They are not sourced from neighbouring countries. We source it from Genuine Distributors and Wholesalers in Kuwait.

Do you offer a price match service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a price matching service. As a reputable online retailer we do our utmost to remain as competitive as we can in the market to ensure our customers get the best value from shopping with us. Also, keep in mind, our perfumes are Guaranteed Original. They are not sourced from neighbouring countries. We source it from Genuine Distributors and Wholesalers in Kuwait.

How is it that your perfumes are less in price compared to Retail Shops?

As a purely online business, we do not have to incur overheads and rents as retail shops do. Hence, we have the luxury to be efficient and can be extremely competitent in prices. And we do make sure that the savings trickle down to our dear customers.
